Black Tie Kin House Wedding

Liv & Lewis’ elegant black tie wedding at Kin House

A black tie wedding. A flower-filled ceremony. And a sausage dog ring bearer. Liv and Lewis’ Kin House wedding was full of charm, style, and heart.

From the welcome drinks the evening before to the final song on the dancefloor, everything about this weekend was effortlessly elegant and deeply personal.

If you’re looking for a Kin House wedding photographer, this wedding is full of inspiration.

A relaxed start to a weekend of celebration

Liv and Lewis invited their guests for welcome drinks and dinner the night before the wedding – such a good way to kick things off. It meant everyone could settle in, relax and soak up the setting ahead of the big day.

Kin House is ideal for that kind of weekend celebration. Everything happens in one place, so the wedding day can unfold without rushing or moving between venues.

On the morning of the wedding, both Liv and Lewis got ready in the house with their bridal party – the atmosphere was calm and full of quiet excitement. Liv wore a classic, elegant Pronovias gown, and her bridesmaids looked incredible in soft-toned dresses by TH&TH. Hair and makeup was by the amazing Katy Pheiffer, who kept the look polished but natural.

A garden ceremony with flowers, laughter and Ushi

The ceremony took place in the Garden House – a beautiful, light-filled space with a soft, romantic feel. Sarah Tynan worked floral magic, filling the space with green and white flowers and the most incredible floral arch at the top of the aisle.

One of the most unforgettable moments? Liv and Lewis’ little dachshund, Ushi, walking the rings down the aisle. He completely stole the show.

After the ceremony, we slipped away for some relaxed portraits and family photos before heading back to the main house for the drinks reception.

Drinks in the Hearth Room and dinner in the Kilvert Hall

Guests gathered in the Hearth Room and bar for post-ceremony drinks – Kin House always feels cosy and celebratory at the same time. There’s a real warmth to it, even in the most elegant setting.

Dinner and speeches took place in the Kilvert Hall, which looked completely stunning. Sarah Tynan’s floral designs continued through the space, with flowers everywhere you looked framing the room with a natural softness.

A dancefloor to remember

Before the dancing began, Liv and Lewis snuck off for a few fun portraits in the bar – some of my favourite images from the day. Just the two of them, taking it all in before the energy shifted for the evening.

Bazza Ranks brought the vibe and filled the Kilvert Bar with music and energy – from the first dance to the final tracks, the dancefloor was packed. It was one of those nights where you could feel how much everyone was loving it.

All of it captured on video by the brilliant Russell Kent Nicholls, who created an incredible fun, high energy, editorial video of the day!
