THE DAY
Alicia + Scott had a June wedding which started with their ceremony in Leamington Spa, and followed with their reception at Primrose Hill Farm, with the most amazing golden hour and sunset. The day went from a beautiful blue morning, to torrential rain when leaving the church, to the most amazing sunset! Just a reminder of our ever changing english summers!
The day was beautifully elegant, just like Alicia's two piece Maggie Sottero gown. She adorned a gorgeous embellished bodice, under a lovely fluffy tulle skirt. The florals were simple pinks and white using classic roses + peonies, along with lots of greenery. The greenery was surrounded by lovely accents of wood which complimented the interiors of Primrose Hill Farm beautifully!
We managed to capture a few couples photos and their group photos outside whist it was dry, and had our fingers crossed on a good sunset later on!
THE EVENING
The evening followed with a speeches and dinner, catered by The Kitchen at Primrose, which is run by Indulgence Boutique Hospitality. I have worked with Indulgence on many occasions and their food is always outstanding!
The party started under the amazing lights in the Barn at Primrose. The evening was full of fun and partying, and everyone was busting out some great moves on the dance floor to the amazing band The Kickstarters.
As the wedding was in June the sunset was pretty late, but we held out hope, and boy was it worth it! Having worked at Primrose Hill Farm many times, I have witnessed many of their insane sunsets and golden hours, but this had to be one of the best! During the amazing golden hour at Primrose Hill Farm we found a great spot under the trees to get some lovely glowing portraits. The light caught beautifully on Alicia's Sottero and Midgley dress embellishment. Even the horses in the field wanted to join in it looked so beautiful!!
