Do you travel?

How do we receive our photos?

Yes!! I currently live in The Cotswolds, England but I love to travel! My wedding packages include UK travel, and my destination packages cover any international costs too!

After the wedding you will receive a little sneak peek the following day with a couple of preview photos! Within 4-6 weeks I will then email a link to your online gallery. You will have full printing rights to print your photos as many times as you like, and share them with friends and family. You can send them the link to view and download, even right on your phone! You will then be able to pick the photos you would like printed. Your gallery will be active for 1 year, for you to download and back up your photos, you can also choose to upgrade and keep your gallery backed up online.

How many images do we receive?

I don’t like to put a number on how many images you will get back, It totally depends on the size of your wedding party, length of the day, and how much you have going on. Within my packages I state a minimum number of images (usually 500 for a wedding day) but you’ll often get lots more!

Can we have the raws? and can you photoshop us?

We're awkward in front of the camera and don't usually take photos together. Can you help?

Let me be real - my style, editing and process is part of the reason you love my work. I don’t offer RAW files to my clients in any circumstances, but you are able to share and print your photos however you like! I ask that you don’t edit them or share commercially. I don’t photoshop people, I shoot to document everything as it happens, as true to life as possible. I am happy to make minor changes (like covering a spot that rears it’s head the morning of the wedding) but I won’t change an image to a completely different one.

YES YES YES! That is what I’m here for! I have the tricky bit of finding locations and posing you all figured out, so all you have to do is have fun! ‘Poses’ are usually prompts where you get to move around, and just be yourselves, it’s not awkward and staged. The other thing that helps a lot if you are nervous is to have a pre-wedding portrait session. This allows you to get used to the process, and relax into things before the big day!

Do you have a back up? What if your camera breaks? What if you're ill?

I’ve got you covered!! Don’t worry I have back up plans in place for everything (think like a girl guide as my mum would always say!). I have multiple cameras, lenses, memory cards etc so if anything breaks on the day, I can still carry on! If I was unable to shoot your wedding, I have an amazing network of photographers I get to call friends who are always there for me to call on should something happen. I’d still manage and edit your wedding, and would fully brief them on the day as best I could. Thankfully I have never had an emergency that has required me to miss a wedding! Once I have shot the wedding I keep multiple back ups of your files in several places until the images are edited and delivered to you, to prevent anything being lost or corrupted.

So this is totally up to you! I love engagement sessions, and if it we’re up to me I would say YES every time! It allows us to get to know each other, you get used to being in front of the camera, and you get some beautiful photos from it!

An additional professional photographer can help to catch those extras, preparations, additional angles at the ceremony, and more coverage of the reception. Two photographers are usually recommended if you would like both of the couples preparations photographed, or if you have a particularly large wedding party.

How do we book?

Do you help with the planning?

The first step is to fill out the contact form so we can start chatting! If I am available, I require a non-refundable booking fee of 25% of your chosen package and a signed contract to lock it all in! If you have any questions I’d be happy to hop on a call and chat things through with you!

Yes of course, I’m on hand to help with any plans, advice, or recommendations for you! Once you book with me I will send over my Wedding Experience Guide which is jam packed with loads of tips and advice for you, as well as checklists, timelines, and supplier recommendations!
