Ashridge House Summer Wedding

Meko and George’s summer wedding at Ashridge House was an enchanting celebration of tradition, elegance, and love. The day began with joyful door games—a beloved tradition that set a playful and lighthearted tone for the day. Following the games, the couple honoured their heritage with a beautiful tea ceremony, exchanging heartfelt moments before transitioning to their legal ceremony.

Their legal ceremony was held on the grand staircase of Ashridge House, where the soaring ceilings and timeless beauty of the venue added a touch of grandeur to their vows. Afterward, guests gathered outside under the wisteria for a drinks reception, soaking in the summer sun and the stunning surroundings.

Dinner was served in the elegant ballroom, adorned with florals by Gloria Studio, where the atmosphere was warm and inviting. As the evening drew closer, Meko and George switched to black tie attire for sunset portraits, capturing some truly magical moments as the golden light bathed the couple in its glow.

Hair and makeup by HK MUA Veron and Dearest Alice Makeup, this day was nothing short of spectacular. A perfect blend of traditions and modern elegance, Meko and George’s wedding was a beautiful testament to their love story.

I always love working at Ashridge House as it is such a beautiful venue, with gorgeous expansive gardens, perfect for natural and relaxed editorial wedding photography.
